We don’t invest any resources in G2, Capterra, Gartner etc.
Why?
They are pay-to-play. Everyone on there is between 4 and 5 stars, which means the majority of all reviews are 5-star. How could that possibly be accurate? Sounds like a rigged game to us…
Would you trust a hotel star rating if the vast majority of hotels out there were rated 5 star? Probably not.
So we’d rather invest the time, effort, and money (G2 charges $10K+ / year to boost your “unbiased” reviews) on our product and service.
Our customers don’t seem to mind.
