Frequently asked questions

An agreement is a contract.

An agreement can be one document (e.g. NDA) or several.

For example, a supplier agreement could consist of an order form, some standard terms, and an addendum changing some of the terms following a sales negotiation. In this case, the agreement would consist of three documents.

As part of our service, we’ll organise all of your documents into agreements.

Yes. We charge an implementation fee because most of the work in building your contract repository is done upfront. The percentage fee you pay depends on the initial term you’d prefer.

  • 3 years: 0%
  • 2 years: 25%
  • 1 year: 50%

Everything concerning the start, end, and renewal information in your contracts, and the parties involved. This includes auto-calculation of implicit dates like renewal notice deadlines.

Almost all of our customers care about it for their contracts. In many cases, Nomio’s standard data fields cover everything you’d want in a contract repository.

Here’s our standard taxonomy that we include with all plans:

  1. Active Date
  2. Expiry Date
  3. Initial Term Expiry Date
  4. Initial Term
  5. Renewal Date
  6. Renewal Term
  7. Renewal Notice Period

A custom data field is any additional piece of information Nomio captures or calculates from your contracts.

Different teams care about different details in their contracts: pricing mechanisms, liability caps, notice periods, and so on.

During onboarding, we’ll help you select the right ones, so you can surface critical information across your contracts and get answers in seconds instead of hours.

We’re not in the business of selling seats. You get unlimited users because Nomio is best used as a single source of truth across your whole business.

We’re ISO 27001 accredited. We work with banks, infrastructure operators, and different governments, who all have very strict security requirements. Please see our Information Security Overview.
