Our old system was very manual based, so some of the deadlines and stuff like that had to be manually entered, and it was not automatically being updated. Nomio allows us to do that automatically by just a few clicks, basically. We did have concerns, actually. We didn’t know if the product was ready to be used and what it was promoted to do, if it was actually going to do it or not. At the same time, you have to sometimes take a chance, and so far we’re happy.
Using Nomio, I can easily pull out reports, whether that’s linked to renewal dates or deadlines, and how many contracts had terminated, and how many contracts are active. The departments have access to their own contracts. And if they need to glance at something and see how many days we need to give the termination, they can easily find this information in Nomio by just clicking on a few buttons.
Whereas before, the relationship managers did not have access to the management system, so they had to rely on us. It could be hours, it could be days. They basically manage their own contracts now. We are very happy with the support that we get from Nomio. Very responsive and very helpful in any issues that we had. Drastic changes that we asked to implement, they have been taken on board, and they have been implemented very quickly.
