”All our documents were saved on a Google shared workspace drive, but weren't necessarily all saved with a convention. There had been turnover of personnel and no one knew where any documents were. ”What was really great was when there were queries or questions, what you would call an ambiguity in Nomio speak, notes would appear on those documents. And then every Monday I'd get an email from Nomio that would be weekly ambiguities, and I could go in and I could explain what that meant, what was different, why that was different, how it should be treated.”
”There were some additional data points that we'd asked for. Meg, our Document Programmer, sent us an email saying we can do this in one of three ways. And she broke it down and actually she was the one that came up with the solution. Something that's going to make sense is a real added value service that a bot can't do. So that was great.”
