Hi, I’m Josh from Nomio, otherwise known as ‘that maniac who has done nothing but build and maintain contract repositories for the last seven years’.

Now, today I’ve got a really exciting product update. We’ve got our first report. So, Nomio is incredibly good at building and maintaining contract databases for all of our customers.

And we’ve spent years focusing on this one really hard problem, so that we can do the best job possible.

But we’re getting loads of feedback from our customers and potential customers that the thing that will take it to the next level is a layer of reporting on top of all of this clean, wonderful contract data.

So today we’re going to be launching our first report, which is available to you now. You just have to go up and click the reports button right here.

And what we’re starting with is our lifecycle report. So this is all about which and when contracts are starting, renewing, and ending, and any opportunities for you to take some kind of action in advance of those events.

The Nomio lifecycle report with no filter applied, showing 454 active agreements on a timeline of contracts starting, renewing, and ending

A useful starting point would be for me to filter down to a particular type of contract, so I’m not comparing apples to oranges. So let’s do customer, for example. So we’ve highlighted the customer label.

The label filter open on the lifecycle report, listing contract types including Agency, Branding, Customer, Employment, Finance, Fundraising, Lawyers, and Legal

We’ve got 180 active contracts here in our demo account.

And what we can do is we can hover over any one of these bars. So let’s say I want to know what’s happening in January next year.

The lifecycle report filtered to customer contracts, with the January 2027 bar selected to show 8 renewals and 1 termination against 180 active agreements

We can see we’ve got all of these renewals. One customer has already provided notice that they’re not going to renew the contract.

So the contract is terminating, and we get a really clear picture of everything that’s happening going forwards and everything that’s happened in the past, including which contracts have started and ended.

And what we have down here is a set of contract actions for each calendar month. So if I click on October 2026, I can see I’ve got a bunch of renewal notice deadlines.

Contract actions for October 2026 on customer contracts, listing 8 renewal notice deadlines with the agreement name and date for each

So these are the dates by which our customers have to give us notice if they want to prevent the auto-renewal of their contracts.

So I know to go and send off our account managers to sort this out in advance of any of these dates hitting.

Although perhaps a better example for renewal notice deadlines is our supplier contracts. So I can go in and I want to figure out which of our suppliers we need to provide some sort of notice to, to prevent an auto-renewal and when.

The supplier label being applied to the lifecycle report, narrowing the view from 454 to 42 active agreements

So we can see here that we’ve got six in December 2026. So here we’ve got a bunch of renewal notice deadlines.

Contract actions for December 2026 on supplier contracts, listing 6 renewal notice deadlines including one renewal date with no notice period

We can even see here, here’s a renewal date with no notice period. So that essentially acts as the notice deadline.

I now have a very clear picture of all of the things I need to be aware of before December 2026.

We’ve tried to think about every little detail here. We’ve tweaked over a hundred different elements of this report to make it as useful and user-friendly as possible.

But if you have any further feedback, please let me know. We’re already working on the next report. Thank you very much for watching this video, and I will speak to you soon. Bye.
