Hi, I’m Josh, founder of Nomio, but my friends know me as ‘that maniac who decided to spend the last seven years of his life building contract tech’.
Today I’ve got a really exciting update for you. So, Nomio is really good if you want to understand the timeline of deliverables across your contracts, and it’s really good for searching within those contracts really quickly.
We’re taking it to the next level today. So, if I open up one of our agreements, in this case a project agreement with plenty of schedules and other documents within it, I can now ask questions, general questions, directly to a new AI that we’ve built.
So I can say something like, ‘Are there any special conditions around market testing?’, and I hit enter. Okay, so it took us about 20 seconds to get that all generated.
Now we have a nicely structured answer from the AI. I can go and look at all of the places that it’s got its answers from.
I can click clause. It’s going to take me straight to those parts of the contract. As you can see here.
And if I just hide that panel, I can read the clause in full. Let’s just try one more example. When can the authority escalate a warning notice to a final warning notice?
Great. So, another 20 seconds, and we’ve got our answer.
Again, I can navigate straight to the part of the contract that mentions that piece of information. So, whether you’re looking at a contract that you know really well, or you’re looking at something brand new, and you want to get the lay of the land really quickly, this tool is for you.
It is AI, so, make sure you check your answers, but we’ve done a lot of testing, and it works incredibly well.
