Hi, I’m Josh, founder and CEO at Nomio, but other people like to know me as the contract data nerd, which is much better than what people called me at school.

So, today we’re launching the Actions Report. So, we’ve already got our Lifecycle Report, which gives visibility on things like commencement and renewal and expiry of our contracts.

But complex contracts and leases contain far more key dates than just those simple term-related ones. And different contracts will contain different dates.

And not only that, but with lots of contractual deliverables like this, we want to assign and record performance against those deliverables.

So, what we have here is a report that builds on the features that we already have in Nomio to show you at a glance your compliance against these deliverables across all of your contracts, across a subset of contracts and narrows down by date and assignee.

So if I drag this here, we can look at performance by person, we can look at performance by period, and we can actually filter down.

So let’s filter down to a project here, Old Valley. We can see here that our compliance is pretty good, but May 2026 isn’t so good.

So let’s click on that to filter down here, and we can see that Annie is responsible. Something has happened here.

We can very quickly see that something has happened in May 2026. Maybe she’s just forgotten to fill in the information.

Maybe she was off and never got round to these deliverables. Who knows? But now you can see this extremely quickly and take the action that you need.
