Integrating Ironclad and Nomio
When you connect Ironclad to Nomio, Ironclad can send documents to Nomio when workflows are completed, and Nomio can send data points to Ironclad when agreements are signed off.

Ironclad connects to Nomio through the Ironclad API. You can use either direction or both: completed Ironclad workflows can send signed documents into Nomio, while verified data points from Nomio can update the corresponding properties in Ironclad when an agreement is signed off.
For the route back to Ironclad, Nomio stores the Ironclad Record ID against the agreement so each data point reaches the right record. We work with you to map Nomio data points to the Ironclad properties you want to update.
Security
Nomio authenticates with Ironclad through a dedicated OAuth client. The client receives only the API permissions needed for the routes you enable: reading records and attachments when Ironclad sends documents to Nomio, and updating records when Nomio sends data to Ironclad.
Incoming documents are collected only after an Ironclad workflow is completed. Outgoing data is sent only for a Nomio agreement with a linked Ironclad Record ID, and only when that agreement is signed off in Nomio.

Mostly to connect Nomio to the systems contracts already flow through. Customers use it to send documents into Nomio automatically, for example whenever a signed contract lands in a SharePoint folder, and to send the checked contract data Nomio captures back into their own systems once each agreement is signed off.
We can do that. Nomio can store a record ID from another system against each agreement, keeping the two directly linked. Get in touch and we’ll set it up for you.
Yes. Your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Data at rest is protected with industry-standard AES-256 encryption, and all data moving between you, Nomio, and our infrastructure travels over TLS 1.2+. This applies to your live data and to backups alike.
Encryption keys are held in a managed key-management service with strict access controls and regular rotation, and our cryptography controls are independently audited as part of our ISO 27001 certification. You can find more detail in our Trust Centre.
