Integrating Salesforce and Nomio
When you connect Salesforce to Nomio, verified contract data from Nomio is sent into the Salesforce fields your teams already use.
How to connect Salesforce
Read how Nomio turns verified contract terms into structured Salesforce data, without changing the workflows your teams already use.
Learn more →About the integration
Salesforce connects to Nomio through the Salesforce API. Nomio captures and verifies the terms in each agreement, then sends the contract data you choose into mapped Salesforce fields. Sales, finance, and operations teams can keep working in Salesforce with reliable data from the underlying contracts.
Each agreement in Nomio can store its corresponding Salesforce record ID, keeping the contract and CRM record directly linked. That gives teams a clear route back to the source agreement whenever they need to check a value.
Security
The integration sends the contract data you choose from Nomio into the Salesforce fields mapped during setup. The source agreements remain in Nomio, and each value stays linked to the agreement it came from so your team can verify the data against the contract.
Salesforce record IDs can be stored against the matching agreements in Nomio, maintaining a direct and auditable link between the two systems.
“Salesforce is only as good as the data that goes into it. We now pull the information directly from Nomio. So it’s correct every time in Salesforce.”
Frequently asked questions
The API, MCP, and all native integrations are included on every plan.
Mostly to connect Nomio to the systems contracts already flow through. Customers use it to send documents into Nomio automatically, for example whenever a signed contract lands in a SharePoint folder, and to send the checked contract data Nomio captures back into their own systems once each agreement is signed off.
We can do that. Nomio can store a record ID from another system against each agreement, keeping the two directly linked. Get in touch and we’ll set it up for you.
Yes. Your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Data at rest is protected with industry-standard AES-256 encryption, and all data moving between you, Nomio, and our infrastructure travels over TLS 1.2+. This applies to your live data and to backups alike.
Encryption keys are held in a managed key-management service with strict access controls and regular rotation, and our cryptography controls are independently audited as part of our ISO 27001 certification. You can find more detail in our Trust Centre.
